BBC Radio Bristol and Somerset Interview on Chancel Repair Liability
Valentines’ and Chancel Repair Liability weekend coming up.
And, whilst news of the former may be of no surprise there will be ( or was depending when you read this post) an interview on the latter with me on Radio Bristol and Somerset Radio ( you’ll need to fast forward to 1 hour 11 minutes and 34 seconds) this Sunday morning 15th February between 7-9 am
The interview covers the history of Chancel Repair Liability and the impact it has on the Conveyancing process and anyone who is buying a house in England.
The recent House of Lords debate on the potential abolition of Chancel Repair Liability is also discussed but you can find more detailed information in my post last week here
