Best Conveyancers in Bristol, South Gloucestershire – and a bit of Somerset
The inaugural ESTAS Conveyancing Awards were held at a glittering ceremony at the Grosvenor Hotel, Park Lane at the end of October.
The ESTAS differ from other award ceremonies in the Conveyancing profession as the ESTAS Awards determine the best conveyancers in the UK based purely on feedback from clients.
The ESTAS are widely regarded as the pre-eminent awards in the Estate Agency industry.
This is the first year that The ESTAS has recognised service levels delivered by conveyancers with 5,000 clients responding to the ESTAS survey.
The expansion into the world of Conveyancing is a welcome one.
The Conveyancing Award Process
Clients are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their Conveyancers.
Over 40,000 surveys have been completed during 2017.
Clients give feedback in response to a number of questions asked about the service they have received. The responses provide a cumulative percentage and it is that feedback and that feedback only which counts towards the Awards.
So, the winners are those law firms singled out by the clients for their great Conveyancing customer service.
Best Conveyancers in Avon
Clutton Cox won the Best Conveyancers in County Award for Avon which was presented by Location Location Location’s very own Phil Spencer.
Avon as your Wikipedia will tell you was:
the county was named after the River Avon, which runs through the area. It was formed from the county boroughs of Bristol and Bath, together with parts of the administrative counties of Gloucestershire and Somerset. In 1996, the county was abolished and the area split between four new unitary authorities: Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The Avon name is still used for some purposes.
Awards, Awards, Awards
